Ingredients

  • 3 cups finely shredded potatoes
  • 1 1/2 Tbls. flour
  • 1/8 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 tsp grated onion, (substitute = onion powder)

Preparation

Step 1

Combine flour, baking soda and salt.

Stir in eggs, add onions and potatoes. Toss to coat.

Fry in oil until lightly browned.

Serve with syrup and applesauce~
