Ingredients
- 1 Pkg dry yeast or 2 1/2 Teaspoons
- 3 c. warm water
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbs[. salt
- 12 c. flour (scant)
Preparation
Step 1
Add yeast and water and stir then add all the rest. Add flour little at a time and beat well. When thick knead until flour is used. Knead about 15 minutes.
Mix together at 5 P.M. Let set and punch down every hour until 10 pm. At Ten make into buns. Let rise overnight.
Cover with clean towel and bake in the morning.
Bake at 375 for 10 to 15 minutes.
