Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
  • 4 cups sugar
  • 1 (7 ounce) jar marshmallow crème
  • 1 (12 ounce) jar peanut butter

Preparation

Step 1

Grease a 9 x 13 inch pan.
Combine butter, milk, and sugar in heavy saucepan. Bring to a low boil, stirring frequently.
Remove from heat. Add marshmallow crème and peanut butter. Cool for about 5 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
Beat until creamy and thick. Pour into prepared pan. Let set until completely cooled and firm. Cut into small pieces.
