Ingredients
- Baking cup liners (optional)
- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup flaked coconut
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 1 cup butter
- 1/3 cup honey
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease muffin pan or line with baking cup liners.
In a large bowl, combine oats, coconut, flour and pecans.
In a heavy saucepan, combine remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Pour over dry ingredients in bowl, and blend well.
Drop by the teaspoon into greased or lined muffin cups.
Bake for 12 minutes.
