Ingredients
- 18 Hard Boiled Eggs
- 3/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/4 Cup Water
- 1 1/2 Cups Sugar
- 1/2 Small Onion
- Red Beet Juice

Step 1
Mix all ingredients except for the hard boiled eggs together in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Simmer for 5 minutes. Cool. Pour over hard boiled eggs and place in an airtight container or large jar along with a jar of red beets. Completely chill before serving. The eggs look pretty served on top of a lettuce salad.
