Ingredients
- 1 lb. butter
- 8 oz. Jamaican jerk sauce
- 1/2 oz. Tabasco sauce
- 8 oz. tomato juice
- 8 oz. flour
- 5 lbs. chicken wings
- Oil for frying (or bake them)
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter in a 2 qt. sauce pot over low heat. Add jerk spice, Tabasco sauce, and tomato juice. Mix well and set aside
Dry wings with paper towel. Dust wings with flour and deep-fry in a heavy pot in about 2 inches of oil until done or bake them. Place cooked wings in sauce mixture and allow to marinate just a few minutes. Drain off excess sauce and serve immediately.
