- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 Tbsp (15 ml) cocoa powder
- 1 Tbsp (15 ml) peanut butter
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) ice flaked sea salt, for sprinkling
- 2 Tbsp (30 ml) protein powder and/or 1 Tbsp (15 ml) ground flax, if desired
