Ingredients
- 3-5 vanilla beans
- 12-18 oz bottle with cork or air-tight seal
- 12-18 oz good vodka or burbon
Preparation
Step 1
Slice beans lengthwise into quarters. Place in bottle. Add vodka. Seal and place in back of cupboard for 6 months.
