Candied Nuts

Ingredients

  • 2 C brown sugar
  • 1 C milk
  • 1 T margarine
  • 1 t vanilla
  • pinch salt
  • 2 quarts roasted nuts

Preparation

Step 1

Combine sugar, milk & margarine in heave saucepan and cook to soft-ball stage. Add vanilla and salt. Beat until creamy, then add nuts. Stir until nuts are well coated. Spread on sprayed foil & separate. Cool. Leave in small clumps & drizzle with melted chocolate if desired.
