Ingredients
- 3 C granulated sugar
- 1 C hot water
- 1 T white corn syrup
Preparation
Step 1
Combine ingredients & cook until candy thermometer reads 238 - 242. Pour onto stainless steel pan until it cools to 110. Work syrup until it is thick, white and creamy. Cook, then shape; add color as needed. Can shape into flowers, pressed into molds or rolled for coating. Cut wax paper into a shape, place onto rolled fondant and then cut into shape.
