Ingredients
- 3/4 tsp. garlic
- 1 1/2 tsp. Dijon Mustard
- 1 1/2 tbsp. maple syrup
- 3 tbsp. Red Wine Vinegar
- 3/4 tsp. sea salt
- 4 1/2 tbsp. olive oil

Mix all ingredients in jar and shake well.
Keeps about a week in refrigerator.
