Ingredients
- Olive oil
- 4 lamb chops
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon mint jelly
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly grease casserole or baking sheet.
Season lamb chops with salt and pepper to taste.
Place lamb chops on baking sheet.
Mix together bread crumbs and jelly. Spoon bread crumb mixture onto chops. Press crumbs into lamb with the back of the spoon.
Bake for 20-30 minutes or until chops reach desired level of doneness.
