Ingredients
- 3 large carrots, julienne (about the size of matchsticks)
- 1 1/2 tablespoons grated ginger, or to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons poppy seeds
Preparation
Step 1
In a mixing or serving bowl, stir together matchstick sized carrot pieces, ginger and olive oil. Stir to coat carrot.
Cover and chill for about 20-30 minutes.
Before serving, sprinkle on poppy seeds. Toss to coat and serve.
