Apple Cider Ham

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 ham steaks (about 6 ounces each)
- 2/3 cup hard cider (or apple cider)
- 3 tablespoons heavy cream
Preparation
Step 1
In a large skillet over medium heat pan fry ham steaks for about 3 minutes per side. Run a knife through one edge of ham steak if necessary to keep it from curling up.
Add cider to skillet and allow liquid to come to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer.
Add cream and continue to cook for another minute or so or until sauce is thickened.
