Ingredients

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, quartered
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons crème fraiche
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Season chicken with salt and pepper.
In a small skillet, sauté chicken over medium heat in oil till cooked through.
Lower heat and add crème fraiche to skillet with chicken and stir. Allow to simmer until sauce begins to bubble.
Add cilantro to chicken and sauce. Stir and serve with Cinnamon rice and Cucumber Dill Salad. Top off meal with Apples Marsala for dessert.
