Fudge (Amish)

Ingredients

  • 12 oz. can evaporated milk
  • 4 cups sugar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 18 oz. jar creamy peanut butter
  • 10 oz. milk chocolate bar, chopped
  • 12 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped nuts

Preparation

Step 1

Combine evaporated milk and sugar in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil; lower heat and continue to boil for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; add remaining ingredients except nuts and mix well. Stir in nuts. Pour into greased 13x9 baking pan. Chill until set; cut into squares.
