Russian Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 c. cream
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 1/4 tsp. unflavored gelatin
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 10-oz. package of frozen raspberries, thawed

Preparation

Step 1

Combine cream, sugar, and gelatin in a heavy saucepan. Heat gently until mixture just comes to a boil. Remove from heat and cool slightly.

Stir in the sour cream and vanilla. Spoon into individual bowls. Cover and chill.
