Mexican Salad

Ingredients

  • Sauce:
  • 1 Med (small) pkg. Fritos Crumbled
  • 1 1/2 cup Cooked Rice
  • 1 1/2 cup thick Chili (heated)
  • 1 Onion - sliced and slightly chopped
  • 2 Tomaotes, sliced
  • 3 cups shredded Lettuce
  • 2 cups Velveta
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 3 Tbl butter or margarine

Preparation

Step 1

Layer the first 6 ingredients in order.
Melt the velveta, water and butter together and pour over the other ingredients.
