Drop Sand Tarts

Ingredients

  • 2 C sugar
  • 3/4 C shortening or 1 1/2 C butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 C flour
  • 1 t baking pwoeder
  • pinch of salt

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients & beat with an electric mixer.
Bake at 350* until edges start to brown slightly.
