Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 envelope taco seasoning
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 3/4 cup salsa
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 9 oz lasagna noodles
- 24 oz cottage cheese
- shredded cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Brown meat, drain. Add taco seasoning and recommended water. Preheat oven to 375. Combine enchilada sauce, tomatoes in juice, salsa, and black beans. In 9x13 pan spread 1/3/ mix, top with noodles. Spread all meat, spread some cottage cheese and some shredded cheese. Spoon half of remaining sauce, top with noodles, layer rest of cottage cheese and sprinkle cheese.
Another layer of noodles, top with sauce and sprinkle cheese. Tent with foil. Bake 45min to 1hr.
