Ingredients
- 1 can fat free refried beans
- 4 ounces lowfat sour cream
- 4 ounces fat free plain greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 4 ounces lowfat shredded Mexican cheese blend
- 2 small avocados
- juice of 1/2 lime
- pinch salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 large tomato, seeded and diced
- handful cilantro, roughly chopped

Open the can of beans and empty into your serving dish. Use a fork to smash it down into the bottom.
The next layer is the avocado. Slice them open and scoop out the insides into a bowl. Add the lime juice, salt, cumin and garlic powder. Mash it all up with a fork. It's okay if it's a little chunky. Spread the avocado mixture evenly over the beans.
On to the sour cream layer. Mix the sour cream, yogurt and taco seasoning together in small bowl. Mix it real good! When all the seasoning is incorporated, spread the sour cream layer evenly over the avocado.
Now, the cheese, Sprinkle it all over the top of the sour cream.
Finally, artfully disperse the tomatoes and cilantro over the top of the cheese layer.
Cover tightly with plastic wrap (or foil, or whatever) and allow to hang out in the fridge for about an hour, if you have the time.
Serve with baked tortilla chips, jicama sticks or even sliced cucumber for dipping!
