Mozzerella Stuffed Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup plain bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 chopped garlic clove
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesean-Reggiano
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 20 cubes mozzerella

Preparation

Step 1

Soak breadcrumbs in milk. Add beef, chopped garlic, Parmesean REggiano, egg and tsp of salt. Stir with fork. Roll into balls. Press mozzerella into center and completely cover.
