Ingredients
- 3 whole chicken breasts (skinless and boneless)
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup chicken broth (Use pan juices and broth, do not use bouillon)
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 - 8 oz. bag Pepperidge Farm Herb stuffing mix

Step 1
Bake chicken breasts. (Save the pan juices for the stuffing.) Let the chicken cool and cut into bite size chunks. Mix well with sour cream and soup. Put in 2qt. casserole. Mix stuffing, butter and broth. Put on top. Bake at 350 for 45 mins.
