Hamburger Macaroni

This is a great one-pan recipe that is so basic you can easily make it your own with other flavor adaptations, or just keep it basic. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs lean hamburger
- 2 C elbow macaroni
- 1/2 C minced onion
- 1/2 C chopped green pepper
- 2 oz can tomato sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 C water (additional liquid may be required)
- 14 tsp pepper
- 2 TBS Worcestershire Sauce
- Note: For a flavor boost replace the water with chicken or beef broth.

Preparation
Step 1
Cook hamburger in a soup pot or large skillet until gray/lightly browned; remove from pan.
Cook macaroni, onion and green pepper in the fat from the hamburger until the macaroni is yellow in color.
Return the meat to the pan and add the tomato sauce, salt, pepper, water, Worcestershire Sauce.
Simmer until the macaroni is tender. Add more liquid as needed.
