Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups flour
- 1/3 cups sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/4 c butter, melted
- 1 cup dried cranberries, chopped

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Sift together flour, sugar, salt and baking powder.
In a separate bowl mix eggs, milk and melted butter.
Make a center well in the dry ingredients and pour in the wet ingredients.
Mix until moistened.
Fold in cranberries.
Spoon into greased muffin tin.
Bake 20-25 minutes
