Grischke Granola

Ingredients

  • 4 cups oats
  • 1/2 c almonds or pecans
  • 1/2 c brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salf
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 c oil
  • 1/4 c honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 c (combination if desired) raisins, cranberries, blueberries

Preparation

Step 1

Mix the first 5 ingredients together and set aside.

In a saucepan combine oil, honey, vanilla until warm.

Pour over oat mixture and stir to coat everything evenly. Spread onto a 15x10x1 pan and bake for 30 minutes stirring every 10 minutes.

Cool completely and store in quart mason jars for 1 week.
