Ingredients
- Frosting:
- 2 c sugar
- 4 c flour
- 3/4 c margarine-softened a bit
- 2 eggs
- salt (pinch-1 tsp)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 c sour cream
- 1 lb package powdered sugar
- 1/2 c butter or margarine, softened
- 3-4 T milk
- 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Cream butter, add sugar. Then add eggs. Add dry ingredients and alternate blending them in with the sour cream.
Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes.
Frosting:
Beat until creamy-add more milk (if necessary) until frosting is of spreading consistency. Be careful to add only a tiny bit of milk at a time-otherwise, it will get TOO runny-you can always add more powdered sugar-if you have it.
Note:start with 3T milk when you make your frosting-then add more if needed.
