Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup shortening
- 3/4 cup milk
Preparation
Step 1
Combine flour, baking powder, and salt into a bowl, cut in shortentin. This must resemble coarse crumbs. Stir in milk just until blended.
Turn out onto a lightly flour pastry board and knead several times about 3-4. Pat our to 1/2" thick round. Cut into 2 1/2" biscuits.
Bake 400' fpr 15-18 minutes
