Ingredients
- 1 stick margarine; melted
- 1 small box corn muffin mix (Jiffy)
- 1 can whole kernel corn; undrained
- 1 can creamed corn
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 8 oz sour cream
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Mix first 5 ingredients and fold in sour cream. Pour mixture into a 9x13 greased baking dish and top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until firm.
