Ingredients
- 1 . Asian Guacamole
- Mash 3 avocados with 1/2 c. scallion or minced red onion and 1-2 minced jalapenos. Stir in 1 diced tomatos, 1 bunch chopped cilantro and splash of lime juice. Season with salt.
- Add 1 tsp. grated ginger, 1 c. diced cucumber and a splash of sesame and soy cauce.
- 2 . Ricotta-Tomato Dip
- simmer 2 c. tomato sauce. Add 1 c. ricotta and warm through. Garnish with basil and drizzle with olive oil.
- 3 . Pizza Dip
- Make Ricotta-Tomato Dip in a small ovenproof skilled. Top with diced mozzarella and pepperoni, then bake at 350 degrees until bubbling.

4. Tahini Dip:
Puree 1/2 c. tahini, the juice of 2 lemons, 2 tsp. cumin, and 1 minced garlic clove. Drizzle in 1/2 c. hot water; puree until smooth.
5. Hummus:
Make a half batch of Tahini Dip; puree with 1 can chickpeas, 3 Tbs. olive oil, and 1/2 c. hot water.
