Ingredients
- 2 pkgs cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup almond brickle chips
- 1 graham crust
- 3 tbsp caramel ice cream topping
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until well blended. Add eggs and blend well. Blend in almond brickle chips. Pour into crust. Dot top of cheesecake batter with caramel topping. Cut through batter with knife several times for marble effect. bake for 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
