Baked Tortilla Chips

  • twelve 6inch corn torillas, preferably white
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • fine salt

Preparation

Step 1

preheat oven to 350

brush both sides of tortillas with oil. stack tortillas and cut pile into sixths to make chips. Spread in a single layer on two baking sheets and season with salt. Bake until golden brown and crisp, rotating the baking sheets once, about 12-15 minutes
