Loving Cups

Ingredients

  • cooking spray
  • 1- 18oz pkg refrigerated sugar cookie dough
  • 1- 14oz pkg mini peanut butter cups

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350*.
Coat 2 mini muffin tins evenly with cooking spray.
Divide the dough into 1/2 " slices.
Then divide each of the slices in half & roll each of the slices in half & roll each piece into a ball.
Place 1 ball in each muffin cup.
Bake for 8-10 mins, until the cookies puff up.
Press on unwrapped peanut butter cup into the center of each.
Return to oven for approximately 1-2 minutes, until lightly browned.
Remove from the oven & let cool in pan for 10 minutes.
Then finish cooling on a wire rack.
