    cup blueberries, fresh or frozen

Directions

preheat oven to 375. line 18 muffin tins with paper liners. combine the flour and sugar in a lg. bowl. in a smaller bowl, combine the eggs, vanilla, oil and milk. whisk together until well combined. make a well in the center of the flour mixture. pour in the liquid. mix with a spoon until the flour is moistened. gently fold in the blueberries. spoon the batter into the muffin cups, filling about 2/3 full. bake for 23-25 min, until nicely browned and puffed.
