Ingredients
- 1-2 lb pkg frozen hash browns
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1 med onion, diced
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can milk
- 1 qt half & half
- 1 jar cheese spread

Step 1
Bring first five ingredients to a simmer, add half & half, simmer until potatoes are done. Add 1/2 to 1 jar cheese spread. Season to taste
