Caramel Bananas Foster

Ingredients

  • 2 medium size, firm ripe bananas
  • 1/4 c. plus 2 T. Caramel Sauce
  • 2 T. dark rum
  • 2 c. vanilla low-gat frozen yogurt

Preparation

Step 1

Cut each banana in half crosswise, and cut each half into quarters lengthwise. Set bananas aside.

Combine Caramel Sauce and rum in a large skillet; place over medium heat. and cook 5 minutes or until hot. Add bananas; cook 1 minute, stirring to coat. Serve warm with frozen yogurt.
