Ingredients
- 3/4 cup red wine (Burgundy, Cabernet, or Merlot)
- 6 TBS olive oil
- 4 TBS McCormick Montreal Steak Seasoning (or equivalent)
- 6 steaks (6 oz ea)
Preparation
Step 1
Combine wine, oil and seasoning
Add steaks and refregerate for 1 hour or overnight.
Grill or broil as desired
Makes 6 servings.
