Ingredients
- 5 c sugar
- 1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk
- 1/4 Lb oleo or butter
- 1 (12 oz) jar marshmallow
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 c walnuts
- 2 (12 oz) bags semisweet chocolate pieces

Preparation
Step 1
Combine first 5 ingredients in 4 quart sauce pan. Stir over low heat until blended. Bring to boil over medium heat. Boil slowly stirring constantly for 5 minutes or until soft ball stage. Remove from heat; stir in chocolate chips, vanilla and nuts until chocolate is melted. Pour into TWO 9x9 buttered pans or ONE 9x13 pan and cool.
