Ingredients
- 1/3 cup brandy
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2/3 cup frozen pink lemonade or limeade concentrate
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- 1 (750 milliliter) bottle dry red wine (spanish rioja)
- 1/3 cup triple sec
- 1 lemon, rind removed, sliced, cut in pieces
- 1 orange, rind removed, sliced, cut in pieces
- 1 lime, rind removed, sliced, cut in pieces
- 1/8 cup white sugar
- 8 maraschino cherries
- blackberries
- 2 cups gingerale (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
In a large pitcher or bowl, mix together the brandy, lemon juice, lemonade concentrate, orange juice, red wine, triple sec, and sugar. Float pieces of lemon, orange and lime, maraschino cherries and blackberries in the mixture. Refrigerate overnight, 24 hours. For a fizzy sangria, add gingerale as you serve in an ice filled glass.
