Ingredients
- Meatlof
- 1 cup celery diced
- 1 cup carrot diced
- 1 cup onion diced
- 1 TBS minced garlic
- 1 TBS olive oil
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup yellow mustard
- 1/4 cup tomato paste
- 2 cups bread crumbs
- 3 eggs
- 2 1/2 pounds ground meat
- 1 pound bulk sweet Italian sausage
- Mushroom Ragu
- 8 ounces mushrooms
- 2 Tbs butter
- Shoyu Cream Sauce
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 TBS cornstarch
- 2 TBS water

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Heat 1 TBS oil and saute celery, carrot, onion and garlic
In a large bowl mix vegetables with remaining ingredients, including meat
Place in a baking pan, press down and bake for two hours
In a pan saute the mushrooms in butter
Bring cream and soy sauce to a oil. mix cornstarch with water and add paste to cream and cook until thickened
To serve slice meatloaf and place mushrooms and sauce over meat
