    cup mayonnaise

    cup yellow mustard

  • 1/4

    cup tomato paste

    cups bread crumbs

  • 2 1/2

    pounds ground meat

  • 1

    pound bulk sweet Italian sausage

  • Mushroom Ragu

  • 8

    ounces mushrooms

  • 2

    Tbs butter

  • Shoyu Cream Sauce

  • 2

    cups heavy whipping cream

  • 1/4

    cup soy sauce

  • 2

    TBS cornstarch

  • 2

    TBS water

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Heat 1 TBS oil and saute celery, carrot, onion and garlic In a large bowl mix vegetables with remaining ingredients, including meat Place in a baking pan, press down and bake for two hours In a pan saute the mushrooms in butter Bring cream and soy sauce to a oil. mix cornstarch with water and add paste to cream and cook until thickened To serve slice meatloaf and place mushrooms and sauce over meat
