Stuffed Spud Soup

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs frozen hash brown
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onion
  • 10 oz can cream of chicken soup
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3-4 cups milk
  • 1 cup or more shredded cheddar

Preparation

Step 1

Saute onion in butter. Add soup, milk and thawed potatoes. Stir in cheese and heat gently.
