- 3/4 cup Soy Vay Veri Veri Teriyaki Sauce
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions

Step 1
Prep time: 5 minutes, Cook time: 25 minutes
Cook rice according to package directions without butter or salt. While rice is
cooking, brown beef in a large skillet, breaking it up with the back of a wooden
spoon. Drain excess fat, then stir in teriyaki sauce, ketchup, ginger and hot
cooked rice. Sprinkle with green onions.
