Ingredients
- 12 vanilla waffers
- 2 - 8oz pkgs cream cheese( softened)
- 1/2 C sugar
- 1 t vanilla
- 2 eggs
Preparation
Step 1
Mix cream cheese, vanilla & sugar on medium speed until well blended.
Add eggs & mix well.
Line cupcake pan with papers & place 1 waffer in the borrom of each.
Pour over waffers filling 3/4 full.
Bake at 325* for 25 mins.
Chill & top with fruit, if desired.
