Directions Prep time: 10 minutes Cook time: 1 hour, 15 minutes Cook sausage in a large saucepan, breaking up with the back of a spoon, until cooked through. Drain excess fat, then add garlic and onion to pot; cook and stir for 5 minutes more. Add remaining ingredients except spaghetti and Parmesan.Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for at least 1 hour. While sauce is cooking, cook pasta according to package directions. Top with sauce and Parmesan cheese.
