Ingredients
- 1 cup kale
- 1 cup diced pineapple
- 1/2 cup berries
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 Tablespoon fresh ginger
- 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric, to taste
- 2 tsp ground flax or chia seeds
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk (carton not can) or almond milk
- Ice (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
1. Add all ingredients into blender, except for ice and blend until smooth.
2. Once combined add in and optional ½ - 1 cup of ice depending on how cold and/or icy you want your shake to be!
*Note fruits can be fresh or frozen
