Ingredients
- 1 cup white rice
- 1 12-oz jar fresh salsa, mild or hot
- 1 tblsp vegetable oil
- 1 cup fresh or canned corn kernels
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- pepper
- 1 1/4 cups water
- fresh cilantro, minced
Preparation
Step 1
This recipe is for the aroma rice cooker
Add all ingredients, except cilantro, to the inner pot. Stir together and set to White Rice. When rice cooker switches to Keep-Warm, open the cooker, stir and re-close the lid. Let stand for 8-10 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve.
