Ingredients
- 8 oz package mushrooms
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 tbsp shallots, minced
- 2 tsp fresh rosemary, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- pinch of flour
Preparation
Step 1
- Heat butter in a large skillet over medium high heat.
-Add the mushrooms and shallots and cook for 5-8 minutes.
-Add the rosemary and garlic and saute for another minute.
-Add the beef broth, stirring and scraping the bottom of the skillet. Reduce heat and let simmer until broth thickens, you can add a pinch of flour if necessary to help thickening process.
