- 1 pork shoulder, trimmed of excess fat
- garlic powder
- onion powder
- salt and pepper
- south west spice
- Worcestershire sauce

Preparation
Step 1
. Season pork thoroughly, and drizzle and rub some Worcestershire sauce all over the pork roast and roast in oven, turning once to brown evenly
add a little water to the roasting pan to prevent burning
. After roast is done let it cool down and shred meat, taste and adjust seasoning
