Ingredients
- 2 pounds caramels
- 8 ounces cream cheese, cut into 8 slices
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Sliced apples
- Chopped peanuts
Preparation
Step 1
Unwrap caramels and place in a microwave-safe bowl; microwave on HIGH until melted; add cream cheese slices and microwave for 1 minute; stir until cream cheese has melted. Add vanilla extract; stir. Pour mixture into a fondue pot and keep warm. Dip sliced apples in caramel fondue, then in chopped peanuts.
